1. Rental Period. Equipment is rented for the date(s) specified above. Early return does not entitle the client to a refund. Extensions must be agreed in writing at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Deposit & Payment. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date receive a full refund less the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the total rental fee.

4. Supervision & Safety. The client is responsible for ensuring an adult supervisor is present at all times during operation. Jim's Bouncy Castle Rentals Inc. is not liable for injuries resulting from unsupervised use or use contrary to provided safety guidelines.

5. Weather. Equipment must not be operated in winds exceeding 40 km/h, rain, or lightning. If weather conditions render the equipment unsafe to operate, the client must deflate and secure the unit immediately. No refund is issued for weather cancellations on the day of the event.

6. Damage & Loss. The client accepts full financial responsibility for any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by misuse, sharp objects, pets, or failure to follow safety guidelines. Repair or replacement costs will be invoiced directly.

7. Setup Area. The client is responsible for providing a suitable setup area, free of debris, sharp objects, and overhead hazards. Jim's Bouncy Castle Rentals Inc. reserves the right to refuse setup if conditions are deemed unsafe.

8. Governing Law. This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
